1. Why are most titles shown with both Canadian & US prices?

We sell books worldwide. If you are in Canada, you will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you are in another country, you will be charged in US dollars. The billing system selects the appropriate currency based on your billing information.

2. Do you charge tax on orders?

We charge 7% GST (Canadian Goods and Services Tax) on Canadian orders. There is no tax on orders from other countries.

3. Do you accept any other payments except Visa, MasterCard & Amex?

Yes, we also accept personal checks & money orders. We will mail the books to you after we receive your payment. Please attach the order confirmation number with your payment.

4. How will you ship my order?

It will be shipped by surface mail. Unfortunately, in the case of overseas orders using this shipping method, orders cannot be traced by the Canadian postal authorities.

5. Can I cancel the order which I placed online?

Yes; we will make every effort to cancel your order upon receipt of notification from you. However, cancellation is not possible if the order is already in transit to you. You can cancel by e-mail, phone or fax.

6. Do you have a "Returns Policy?"

Sorry, all sales are final. We will, of course, accept a return for full credit if we have supplied you with the wrong book or incorrect quantity.

7. Are all orders filled by Pippin Publishing?

8. How can I get Pippin's catalog?
